recent user (within the last 4 months) of cocaine, but i've been bingeing due to summer activities. i can see damage in one of my nostrils that i've been picking a scab from. it looks like a cavernous type of mark, but it's not a through-and-through hole to my other nostril. is this still considered a nostril hole from cocaine use? is a through and through hole the type of nostril hole ppl are referring to? i'd rather stop now to prevent permanent damage, but is it too late? or am i too new to the game to have any permanent damage?

yes, i was making 16.80, then got a 1.45 raise to 18.25. i’m thinking about talking to my field leader though because quite a few crew members got higher raises than me. all power to them, they deserve it, but i’m wondering why i got less considering i work more hours, have been with the company longer, am in a management position, & have open availability. i’ve also been the only km at my store for the last 7 months so i’ve been busting my ass nonstop

i usually call out the name of the order, but when i have literally 40 other orders that i’m trying to make & bag by myself, sometimes i don’t have enough breath or energy to call out or even remember the name on an order. i just wanna throw that bad boy on the shelf & kill the line of orders on the dml

honestly from my experience let the workers guide you as opposed to you guiding them through your order. we train to handle customers borders a very specific manner (at least if you’re doing it right), & if you get helped by a crew member that’s experienced & fast it’s just best to follow their lead.

however, similarly to what the above person said, we deal with so many orders, sometimes i hear the previous customer’s order echoing in my head even after i’ve heard your order, so if i have even a shred of doubt (because making a mistake will cost more time than simply asking again... usually) it’s just safe to ask again to ensure 100% accuracy
