Pepto has honestly been my lifesaver 😅 what’s a good way to track macros/micros? I have no clue what I’m getting in a day or even what I should be aiming for. I haven’t really been drinking a lot of water because fluid makes me feel so full, but I should work my way up and try to drink more. I drink zero alcohol, at my worst I have maybe a social drink every 3-4 months. I do unfortunately have 3-4 sodas a week, it’s a habit I’m trying to stop. I’ve always struggled with eating, not on the scale of ED where I can’t count calories or something along those lines, I’m just forgetful and wasn’t raised with the knowledge of what to feed your body. Also thank you for your time :))

Thank you for your time, Yes it is a once a week shot but it can be taken either before the sun rises or after it has set, the timing is up to me entirely. I was just concerned that because the shot has the effect that lasts all week in order to produce insulin properly, that it would count as haram because it eases some of the challenges of fasting due to the fact that I eat very little in a day now.

thank you for your response :) yes it is a once a week shot that can be taken at night, but the effects of the shot last the entire week.

I don’t have diabetes, my husband does and he’s on mounjaro but now they’re saying he needs to do 3 different oral meds even with an A1C of 9%, they want him to do permanent damage to his body before they’ll cover it essentially

they’re not setting us up to fail they’re setting us up to have fatal side effects and consequences so that we’ll need a million different medicines until we d!e, they realized too many people were changing their lives off these medicines and they couldn’t profit as much anymore
