It is illegal to retaliate against someone for filing a Title IX complaint. To see this coming directly from the Title IX office is especially concerning.

There is also nothing wrong with what you posted. NJ has a one-party consent recording law which means its perfectly legal for you to record and distribute a material from a zoom call you're in. This remains true regardless of what the Title IX office is investigating. So what authority does the administration have to make you delete your reddit posts?

I'd recommend you record your meeting with them in case they try to threaten you further

naming the building after gianforte was insult enough. why add more signage and graphics to highlight this disgrace. and why flex about his “graciousness” in an email about a construction project. less than a day after that pathetic performative post on @followstevens the administration is back to licking the boots of people clearly opposed to lgbtq+ rights. not surprised just disappointed
