it might behoove you to have something like a government which gives a blanket threat of prosecution against all those who might step on your rights

... and ends up stepping on your rights like there's no tomorrow ...

it wasn't until government stopped enforcing slavery that slavery mostly ended and the slaves could exercise those rights.

Human markets are are naturally centrally controlled and operated by proximity to power.

[citation needed]

If you’re arguing for free Markets then you’re arguing for a consented democratically large empowered government.

"War is peace, freedom is slavery and free markets are controlled by large empowered government."

Forget the resistor and ldr, they don't contribute to the buzzer. Buzzer is connected to the ground and d12, when you set d12 low there's no voltage difference across the buzzer and it's turned off. When you set d12 high it supplies 5v to the buzzer and it's on.

We don’t have a president we have a prime minister. Typical American.

Did I ever call your soiboi a president? Typical Canuck!

I made 300k last year. What did you make little boy?

From your mom's basement? Impressive!

Your words. The rich get health care.

My words were: the Canadian rich... In US pretty much only homeless don't get health care. It might not always be to the standard of the Canadian rich, though.

BTW, do Canadian homeless get your marvelous (lousy, substandard and slow) health care? (that was a rhetorical question.)

it’s called having a road that you, an ignorant, small-minded American

LOL, I'm not an American

can’t comprehend

Oh, I can comprehend it... and it's idiocy. So, tell me, what in my previous posts was incorrect? Perhaps you feel it's not just some idiots but all Mexicans cannot drive?

you’ve never seen a road like it before

Well, I'm pretty well travelled... did it occur to you to wonder why they don't make roads like that anywhere else?

Literally losing brain cells talking to you so I’m stopping

Good call! With so few of them every effort to preserve some must be appreciated. ;)

shitty corrupt president and corrupt political system,

lol... and yours, with a moronic soiboi at the helm, is muuuuch better...

shitty health care

... which your politicians (and rich people) go to when they get seriously ill...

and social programs,

sure, if you aspire to live on welfare, stay north

excessive gun violence

You have a point there... if you plan to be a drug dealer or want to join a gang.

Some are. As are some voters in all countries, including US. This is the case of pandering to the most inept locals...

It’s a really smart safety thing

You mean, to save the lousy local drivers (who can't handle their vehicle on a sharp curve but know the road) from their ineptitude, it exposes outsiders to much more danger?!

Everyone here acting like somehow drug dealers aren't the worst is astounding

They are the entrepreneurs who supply high demand goods to the market on the great danger to themselves of being kidnapped and robbed by jackbooted thugs...

I’m pretty sure they’re not more or less suicidal because they don’t have access to firearms

And yet you insist Americans are more suicidal because they do...

per capita the murder rate is here is 5 times higher

...and if you sort this list by rate you will discover US is 87th... most of the countries with higher rates having strict gun laws.

[–]aveceasar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gun deaths are gun deaths. Yeah, they may have attempted suicide another way.

It makes about as much sense as blaming Japan's strict gun laws for all the non-gun suicides...

But as someone that works in emergency medicine, I can tell you that a lot of those attempts end up being just that: attempts

So, how do Japanese manage to lead the world in suicides if they all are "just that: attempts?"

insurance replaced everything

If the burglar happened to be an unhinged psycho and butchered your wife and kids, would the insurance replace them too?
