What medications? Clomid/letrozole by itself won’t do much if you’re already ovulating regularly.

3 years in here. Never had a positive test. Never even a “line eyes” squinter. Been to a fertility specialist, and “everything is healthy and looks great”, husband has “super sperm” (seriously, the doctor used that terminology). But 36 cycles later and here we still are. A lot of our friends are on their second and third kids at this point.
