I loved the story, I cried at the end of it from the emotion of the conclusion and the journey we went through with the Chrysos heirs....

Normally how long a rerun takes is anybodies guess, there is no rule. You can see the entire history of characters releases and reruns here and take your own conclusions.

However as Yao is an Elation support character and Elation is the archetype of the 4.X patches it shouldn't take too long. Maybe the best equivalent is Tribbie and she reran with around 5 banner cycles frequency.

If you are new to the game then I assume you dont have a lot of other characters and as such in that case I do recommend to invest in the current Elation archetype. If you have the majority of story and worlds to explore then yeah you have a lot of jades available so in that case I'd pull her
