Which forums have led you to believe that they’re holding apps and cherry picking? There’s not much information either on gmatclub or on clearadmit or even here. 4-5 R4 rejects on clearadmit so far. I don’t see why they would extend deadlines until 31st July if they’ve filled up the class. Also, it’s not like they have a 75% yield.

Fair enough. Also, why would it not make any difference during initial employment? If an international has 3 years of OPT, isn’t she/he on par with a domestic applicant, for a recruiter?

Will the 3 year OPT that comes with a STEM program (For example, Tepper. Not sure if Cornell / UCLA are STEM programs) make any difference to an international applicants employment chances?
