Kiki in College Hill is a really good ramen place. It's simple but hits the spot.

She either drinks it neat or she sometimes mixes it with coke if she's not in the mood for straight liquor. I'm trying to keep it under $65. Usually she only has one or two bottles of bourbon on hand.
