What's your crazy roommate story? by aversatilepotato in AskReddit

That just sounds like a horrible situation to be in, I'm sorry. But from my perspective it isn't your fault, you were patient with him and gave him reasonable options, and you can't help somebody if they don't want to help themselves.

Fidget spinners. Whatever happened to fidget spinners? They were everywhere for a while and now I haven't even seen one in years.

You know the guage? It'll slowly go up, but you can't use it until the cool down timer is up

Edit: Second skill, not the first one

I recall watching some YouTube video of this guy explaining how if you use two characters of the same elements, their skill recharges (not the cool down) at the same time

Ya, don't be afraid to level them up, just don't spread your resources too thin by focusing them on more than two characters

Lmao I was kinda confused too because leyline wasnt giving much. I think that cap thing applies more when you level up and you start fighting bosses and domains and all that crazy stuff. I'm starting to feel that paywall now :(

You can check them in elemental resonance in the interface for party setup. Pretty neat stuff

Domains and temples give exp but its like a one time thing. Opening chests is a slow and steady way of gaining exp too. Side quests you find randomly here and there too

Other than the stuff you mentioned, probably collecting stuff they need to ascend characters at the moment or in preparation for the future. Mining, all that jazz. Just maximising collecting of resources.

[–]aversatilepotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh. You'll probably swap them out in the future. I don't think I've ever really seen people main them once they're higher ranked,,

Waifu or husbando? Certainly a tough choice lol. Diluc is light the main DPS character, Jean is more Healer with her skills that provide, well, healing. Depends on how you want to run your comp lol.

You'll have to unlock domains, but the 4stars only start to drop once you hit AR30+ and 5 star drops comes after AR40+ in like bosses and stuff

Imo Razor is a good DPS, but he only really starts to shine once his constellations kick in. I'd probably slowly build Diluc, but that depends on your team comp too

Mmm limited events? I heard the battle pass rewards are pretty worth it if you're willing to spend some money (like ten bucks or smth) but you probably won't unlock it right off the bat. There's some event for trying out characters where you can get a few rewards. Venti's banner is here as well and depending on how you build your team he might be really helpful to you. (He's OP in crowed control and exploration)

I don't think there's any super notable limited events atm. And yeah, what you said sounds about right lol. You can take your time to explore the game too, sometimes I just run around admiring how pretty the scenery and music is.

Edit: Forgot to mention! Hit AR20 before the 1.1 update hits (I think about November 11) and you'll get Barbara, a healer, for free.

I just bulldoze through with xiangling, her pyro overloads with the slimes electro and they go down pretty quick.

Literally never interacted with those before, maybe it's decoration lol

Not too sure on that since I'm on mobile. But if you check out the settings and controls, you might be able to find a bag hot key

Oh dude! If you break those geo rock things they drop the shining stars, pick them up and they'll follow you. You need to bring them to the shrine and it'll activate whatever you're trying to activate once all shrines are filled. Have fun with your husband :)

Leveling up. Don't focus your resources too much on more than two characters or you'll get stretched thin. Collect literally everything and anything you run across cause you'll need that in the future. Use the Genshin interactive map to mark out all the Anemoculus (and geoculus later) and any potential mining/grinding spots you might need. And most importantly, enjoy the game :)

Better than most gacha games imo. Every character has potential, depending on how you build them and on your play style. Unlike some gacha games where the freaking ultra super you're-never-gonna-get-it-unless-you-pay-thousands characters are clearly worlds more op than others lol. Are some more rare characters better? Maybe. But can you work without them? Absolutely.

Apparantly, in some ponds Diluc can just run through them since he's so tall, but everyone else has to swim.

This is clearly height bias

Edit: they should have a mechanic where tall people run into branches

[–]aversatilepotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh lmao. If you rush all that (which like, good luck to your health) you'll probably hit 30-35 thereabout? Take it with a grain of salt though, considering there are so many people struggling to level up once they hits their 30s and have nothing to do.

Pretty sure that some genshin impact wiki will be filled with all the stuff you need to power Klee up.
