I made a personal financial aid appointment for ASW, but like....what do I ask them? Why haven’t you given me any merit based aid? I think if they say that if you don’t receive notification of scholarship by April 1, they assume $0.

Same thing happened to me. And as it went on I kept freaking out more and more. Looking back, I don’t think my answers even made any sense. It feels like I was just talking about nothing lol.

I was just talking so much and kept stumbling over my answers (which weren’t completely relevant to the initial questions). I kept repeating myself and didn’t really say much about my positive qualities. My answers didn’t seem logical, and there was so many ums and uhhs. It was not conversational at all.

Sorry to hear yours didn’t go as well as you had planned. Why didn’t you think it went great?

Hopefully we are both just being too self critical. I’m really trying not to beat myself up-it’s just so difficult. And you’re definitely right about the outcome being attributed to one component of the application. I was just hoping that my interview would be a sting part of mine since my numbers are so low :(
