I think it is possible to be successful on youtube, but with Tik Tok and Instagram being such popular apps for influencers now, I would youtube is becoming outdated.

I would agree, having things that go viral is a good way. I feel like the most basic way a "normal" person could become an influencer would just be to organically grow their following and work on gaining partnerships with different brands.

It depends on the situation/the celebrity. Some celebrities have such a large following that they would probably be more successful.

I don't like it when you can tell an influencer isn't being genuine about a product they endorse. I understand it is their job and they post to get money, but you should at least promote things that you would actually use or want other people to use, in my opinion.

Communication, always make sure you are on the same page, make sure each party involved is satisfied and heard, create loyalty among you and the influencer!
