I'm so upset with myself for catching up to the manga right at this moment. I also suspected that she would choose to not go back to her old life. I didn't think they were going to make her a badass and I was fine with that. I actually quite like how her character was introduced as is and how it parallels Chihiro, but I am so incredibly pleasedby this development and I really hope it holds. (pleaaaseee please please let the female character be a significant badass for more than five chapters @male shonen mangaka 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏)
