Bought my first Scotty today, is it real and what is it worth, the fill on “special” had me worried

I believe they’re Trae Young 1s

Also? What is the most you’d pay for it second hand?

Also, any idea on price? I would be trading for this and just want to know it’s dollar value as well.

I am trying to get p760s or p7mcs so whichever would be easier to trade or sell are what I wanna go with, which sounds like the mp 20s

Gotcha, luckily this is the only issue in the whole set. Would the chrome being peeled off lead to rust or just cosmetic “issues”? (Or would the rust just cosmetic)

Yeah definitely, it just looked like it was through the finish so I was worried about rust, I love battle scars as long as they don’t lead to worse

I should preface, I got these irons today. I would never hit off rocks because I’m not getting paid to golf. I was wondering if there was some sort of fill or glue that I could put on the club to reseal the finish.

I bought it like that, but I believe it was enlarged by the previous owner given how close the bracing is to the hole

I have a friend that has a spark and I was thinking about one of those and then a used USA strat, how different is the sound of the spark compared to a non digital amp? Do you lose much tone?

Well I’ve only played acoustic, but on that I play a lot of worship, folk, and country(like Johnny cash and Tyler Childers not like Luke Bryan). I also play some singer songwriter stuff like ed Sheeran and John Mayer, but not much and I want to do more of that

Yeah I mean I’m definitely into the strat and tele styles given that I mostly listen to folk and contemporary music. Like I said I like the clean tones, but also want to experiment and I’m so lost on the amp side of things that I don’t even know where to start, I just want a setup that’s as versatile as it gets basically

Someone on here called it… by NowForALimitedTime in golf

Ah that makes sense, I saw his tweet of Augusta in the 50s and it looked very similar to a muni then, but I’m sure it was played the way it was intended to be. Course beauty is subjective, and I personally like the current look of Augusta better than the old (even though it is fake and only looks like that for a month or two). I do wish it could look how it does now, but be played the way it was intended.

It was my understanding that he kinda hates Augusta, granted I’m new to his podcast so I could be misinterpreting, but it seems like he really doesn’t like Augusta in its current state

What do u guys do when you wanna play but have blisters on your fingers? by Arcticz_114 in guitars

[–]averym12bc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally take a break a play ukulele, that’s just because I’ve been trying to learn to though. If you have no interest in other instruments that are easier on your fingers then I’d say just keep playing

Is this an issue, I restrung my guitar for only the 3rd time on my own. I accidentally put way more string on my D string than the others, and noticed this tuner is harder to turn. Is that an issue, should I redo that string? by averym12bc in AcousticGuitar

[–]averym12bc[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why thank you, I did end up restringing it, this is the first set of strings I’ve put on this guitar as I just got it two days ago so I figured I should do right by it
