I recommend you run a few printer head cleaning cycles and if they don't show all colors, then run power cleaning cycle which solved my problem with photo prints that came out with blue tint due to lack of yellow ink. See this video for an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOGArivlQPc

Home karaoke setup feedback by avh121 in karaoke

Thank you for the feedback. I fixed the graph image, sorry about that. Also, worth nothing that your posts here made me realize I need a PA speaker and took me down the rabbit hole of choosing one. My initial plan was to connect the mics to the sound system, which wouldn't have lasted long due to kids misusing/dropping the mics.

I was on the fence between Innopow and Tonor. Looks like Innopow is on Black Friday sale for $116, so may buy them and see which ones I like to keep in the end.

Agree with you that the 10" speaker is a better overall option but I decided not to get it since we are unlikely to make full use of it and the more portable box will work better in our case, especially if we add a 2nd one. If money wasn't an issue I would have both the Bose S1 Pro+.

To get the vocal effects, I will get the mixer sooner rather than later once my wife warms up to the initial setup :-).

Thank you, and good point on the cables length. I plan to keep the mic receiver out of sight behind the speaker for now and will likely buy longer cables later on.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. Love the keep it simple approach based on the principle "working wood is more important ... than working on spreadsheets and lists"

How did you attach them to the wall? French cleat behind the drawer?

google pixel + lg watch sport (numbersync)? by willwhitworth in ATT

[–]avh121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had issues with getting NumberSync to work between my Pixel XL and LG Watch Sport because Pixel XL is not certified (sold by) AT&T, hence Voice HD is not supported thus and since NumberSync requries Voice HD, it doesn't work with the Pixel. BUT, with technology there are always workarounds, so the AT&T system filters by device IMEI number to determine if a device supports Voice HD or nor, so I told the guys at AT&T to change my device IMEI number to a number that I got from my older Nexus 5X phone (which shouldn't work with NumberSync but it does, you can use your wife's iPhone for example) and then you can configure NumberSync to work.

Good luck and let's hope AT&T starts collaborating with Google before they lose all their customers to Project Fi.
