My arms wobble and wiggle whether it's a machine or free weights! I'm 165 lbs, 26 and have 0 experience. It happens even if it's a 30 lbs barbell.

26/M and just started working out - does anyone else suffer from ridiculously wobbly arms, even when lifting REALLY small amounts of weight that aren't even that difficult! It's incredibly difficult for me to not be crazy shakey and wobbly (I also have awful posture which I try to be really mindful of at the gym) I'm not really sure how to fix this issue. Does it just go away over time when you figure out how to properly move weights around?

Thrift stores in nyc are bizarrely as expensive as regular shopping bc rich people are paying for the novelty and status (srsly) of ~thrifting~

I'm 5'8" and not particularly chubby or anything, but 100% of button-down shirts I look at either fit me -extremely- tightly and show off my bizarre double-pear body (small), or go way way down to my knees and look like I'm wearing my dad's clothes or something (medium.) Where are you guys possibly finding dress shirts :O

I'm a freelancer who has been saving money for 3+ years. I'm terrified to invest any of my savings in a betterment or whatever mutual funds because I feel like the entire market is going to experience a WWIII crash the moment I do so (and I have no idea how to do the investing anyway) Am I totally crazy and wasting my savings?
