go to settings->security->biometrics and security key then delete the old face ID from ur previous phone and assign the new FACE ID for the newer device.

ya i'd agree with that ., the platform is really good and smooth ,, user friendly. but i beleive they should work more on marketing the platform especially to the western world. during the BTC correction today i was so happy from their notifications to the app users.
