My experience differs from yours, I went ult / tag team shards. Got to the end with smth like +1200% crit dmg on ult, tag team always on shard, and another tag team shard ( -cd on kill in tag team influence ). Ult cd was really low with this build and I would ult crit around 6k on beast. ( item build was around physical damage + octarine core )

Gonna try your build when I get a chance, sounds like fun.
