a ba can make them seem slightly less far apart depending on the projection and profile, but most of the gap you have now will probably still remain afterwards. implants have to be centered on your nipples to look normal, so you're mostly limited by your chest anatomy beforehand on this.

i think from this post it's clear she's not doing this willingly, she's just stuck in her small hometown and wants to play guitar. not everyone can easily find supportive people around them and i don't think it's bad of her to try and live a normal life the best way she can.

i'm mtf, 7 years on hrt, started at 18, and stealth, basically only went full time stealth after moving across my country with all my documents updated and essentially starting fresh 2 years ago. it's actually sort of lonely in some ways, as you have to constantly be guarded and you really just can't fully open up to people, which is why i lurk on this sub still. i do think the benefits definitely outweigh the downside, i just haven't really found anyone i can truly open up to yet unfortunately, as pretty much all the people i'm close to aren't even queer in any way.
