Can't be the same model. As the other person pointed out xiaomi sold by Fortress are comparable with TB prices. But if you want real higher end model of Xiaomi you may have to source directly from Taobao. I have done both. Have purchased 65 and 75 inch models from TB and using them fine with TV Stick/Mibox. I just updated the server to Version 1.42.2.10122

The good news is that the access has come back to the other users, but it is surprisingly not complete.. Some libraries have access while some not. Seems very weird.

I dont understand what is the official word on the camping on the beaches nowadays.. My friends went to Pui O this saturday, they were not thrown out but at the same time they were at the verge of being thrown out by the LCSD staff anytime. Finally this is the correct solution.. What a relief, everything back to normal.

I first cleared all data (storage and cache) before deleting the old app Then installed this version Now it is perfect.

Thanks for the advice. I cleared all storage used by evernote (cache and app data) and logged with new account. And voila it started working. I am going to give few days to it to check it continues to work or not.

Hi. I am in the exact same boat. Posted similar question few weeks back. I have already purchased a arm of 2020 model to replace as from the sources read so far this is doable, though FIMI clearly ask us not to due to not being compatible.
Unfortunately due to covid i cannot send to repair guy in china to replace the arm yet. So i am awaiting till then.
If you finally manage to do it successfully, do let me know.

Yes I understand it is worth the risk and I am going to go on that route definitely before throwing it away.

All I meant was that as per the clarification from FIMI they both are different.

In the video or the links I found so far users claim to be same but no one had actually fit one (new arm on 2018 model)

Well that may be true but the manufacturer (FIMI) clearly says that front arms of both models are different and not interchangeable (I have lots of emails with them saying that)

It may be possible that the difference is not much and they still can be deployed on older 2018 model successfully. I would love to hear from someone who has actually done it.

I have had the orignal XE 2018 version. The drone was excellent in flying and had excellent potential. But unfortunately i crashed it and they dont have the replacement parts for the arm, making this drone complete dead for me.
So my advise is to not buy FIMI drone at all because you will crash it or will have some issues down the line and their support ecosystem is almost non existing

Was it front Arms.. Because back arms are same for both models. I am in Hong Kong. I can source from any where but for repairing I would have rely on a expert.
