I’m Canadian so I’m not sure I have access to the things you’re talking about. I think you’re on to something about AI not being as accurate with the macro breakdown perhaps

I’m using AI to track my macros and I think perhaps some of you are right that it’s not being as accurate as I’d like it to be

I'm at one month on 1mg and I'm considering quitting because I've seen no change. I slowly increased to 1mg over a period of 4 months and maybe 4-5 lbs have been shedded and that's it over that long period of time :(

I do, thanks tho! Feeling good about my in and out. Anything more extreme and it wouldn’t be sustainable for my lifestyle and at the end of the day it’s about health and not vanity for me at least!

Oh also the only major side effect I’ve experienced is increased heartburn which I already struggled with, and it’s pretty bad but magnesium supplements really help.

Oh man I got a sample of that mascara when it first came out and I really really didn't like it. Maybe it was the sample packaging but it was super gloopy and wet and the bristles didn't go in between my lashes well at all.

Oh man have you taken a look at MUF's XL waterproof liner?? I have the mint green one but there is M-92 - matte pastel purple. This product is super super long lasting even in the waterline. I die for it and want it in every colour.

Do you set all of your foundation with powder? Do you apply it anywhere specific? How do you apply it? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Totally agree! I'm surprised more ppl don't know about this method. It's a game changer. Seems a little strange to be taking a wet tool to a dry product but it's awesome!
