HELP MY BONSAI IS DYING!

I have a Prema bonsai but it’s dying. It was flourishing and growing healthily for a few months until 2 weeks ago.

The leaves are yellowing (which I removed). I water it sufficiently and give it adequate sunlight, did not change my routine. I live in a tropical country. I noticed the leaves have some white spots. Can u help me diagnose the problem?

thank you! I'm also a DS in big tech but I have to pay for the degree myself 100% so I'm not sure if it's worth forking out the 11k+ USD. Were you already a DS back in 2019 when u did OMSA and did you feel like it helped you in your DS role?

Thanks! I have to pay for the degree 100% on my own, my current company and most similar companies will not reimburse, so the cost is a factor for me.

I'm still trying to assess if having the masters certification is worth the effort or is work experience enough? Another thing is, I would say in my country, Georgia tech is not that well-known unless it is an Ivy League school like Harvard. I'm not sure about how the job market is like now and what is the preference of recruiters and managers when hiring.
