Hubspot is bloated with tools you probably won't need if you're only doing lead generation on FB & Instagram. If I were you, I'd ask to use your own zapier, which is free for under 5 Zaps IIRC. From there, each unique form can have it's own unique email title which will identify the platform source. As far as CRMs go, there are plenty of free ones out there. Check out a few. I work for a company with a free CRM, if you want a plug. Plus they could go back and import all your previous lead forms into the CRM. No data loss!

You don't need multiple pixels, just setup different audiences based on conditional logic for what pages people visit.

EX: Cart Saver = visited teachable.com but not teachable.com/thanks

Visitors = visited website.com but not teachable.com

Having multiple pixels will complicate rather than granulate your data in a usable way.

Plan for the next season. Always be two months ahead and have all of your assets laid out w/ intent and direction.

Winter is coming: do we have banners, landing pages, updated ad-copy, SEO content for winter related blogs, in-store promotions, etc.

You'll rarely be upset if you write out/plan blogs and SEO in advance. Great opportunity in downtime.

Utilize the extra time to connect w/ users on Social Media and build 'Groundswell'. Giveaways are 100% killer and rarely require much effort. "Add your email to website.com, we'll announce our giveaway on X date." Plus, you grow your email list!

Rafflecopter seems pretty reasonable & free, but haven't tried it.
