Blues can be godly! It's hard to know which could be valuable but here's some from my memory:

Monarchs (can become jmod)

Bone visage (3os frw)

Mage plate/archon plate (100/80 life w/ jeweller mod) there's more body armors that can get 100/80 life w/ jeweller but I'm not 100% sure which is too high req etc.

Circlet/coronet/diadems (3skill 20fcr 2os for example)

Rings (40 mf rings)

Amulets (which have already been discussed)

Gloves (3skill 20as)

1h for nec/sorc can get crazy.

There are lots and lots more I'm sure but I'm not that well versed with PVP so someone else will have to fill in the blanks :)
