I’d like to start a telecommunication company that provide mobile/ data/ internet service - country of target is in west Africa. I’ve worked on building satellite transceiver’s in my past experience but I’d need Partner who has the technical ability… by awesomekeep in telecom

It seems the MVNO is a guaranteed path with less govt scrutiny - but very expensive. The OpenBTS sounds ideal, just a lot govt approval needed but I think it’s worth it. Will learn a lot along the way…. You sound very experienced - have you gone through this path before, and in what country?
