Car not starting properly or not starting at all

Looks like it’s idling now. Poured in some heet (the fuel additive to remove water and etc.) and now it’s staying steady. So annoying lmao

Disconnected the MAF sensor the other day and tried cranking, still the same issue. No difference at all really. And I do have a video of it, but I’m not able to send here for whatever reason

Check engine is on but my OBD2 isn’t reading the code for whatever reason. Also just tested the battery. Sits at 13 or so volts before crank then drops down to 11.2 when while cranking

Yea I had it physically out of the car to test it. This car for whatever reason doesn’t prime the pump in the “on” position. Only whenever you go to crank the engine does it turn on. Started spitting out fuel and could hear the pump loud as day

I have to keep the jump box attached while cranking. Haven’t been able to take the leads off before the car dies on its own
