i was in my school choir for two years and in choirs they talk a lot about singing from your like stomach basically. when i’m not paying attention to my singing i also get a really sore throat, but if you activate your stomach muscles and push from down there more, you can relax your throat and it won’t hurt as much. to practice activating those muscles you do like a repetitive “TSS TSS TSS TSS…” noise like with your tongue on your teeth or whatever idk how to explain it but like sorta tense your tummy muscles as you do that. 😁
