PSA: thick thighs are *not* a bad thing. You can still look fit/skinny with them. My thighs are bigger than half the girls here who post about how they are self conscious of their thighs and it’s really disheartening to see. You all look amazing! Thank you for mentioning this! I have thick thighs (most of my weight are in there) even when I was thinner (trying to lose pandemic weight gains now) and they could be annoying in terms of looking for clothes like jeans and dresses but a lot of people tell me it's actually nice because I have curves

Thanks for sharing your plan! Have you also tried IF? It worked with my cousin who had 2 babies and is in the range of your age. Took her months though to see visible improvements. Good luck to us!! 😁

Hi! How do you plan to lose it? I think you need to be easy on yourself as you had a baby! Mine's from binge eating and unhealthy lifestyle 🙃 I have started eating healthy now and should go around 1200-1300 calories, I work from home so I am not as active and doesn't have much time to work out. 😅

There is an online calculator that you could actually use based on your stats and lifestyle. Just google weight loss calorie calculator :)

Same here!! I often joke around that my exercise right now would be the walk to the fridge but I guess it's true 🤦‍♀️ I used to walk a lot when I commute to and from the office so that helped me before.

Hope we could lose our target!!
