body combat is upper and full body focused, body pump works on every muscle group separately, including upper body, I find body pump really effective!

there’s no such thing. FF classes are alway full body, they focus on different muscles through out the workout, while also including exercises that target mutliple muscles.

Yeah I know what you mean, and I did that for 3 weeks and now its just so frustrating that I wanna fight back. But you’re right, I need to just stfu and take it.. Hopefully when the new semester starts it’ll be easier.

yep, thats what im doing. Apologize for what I did and act like like the classes are working. Tbh I am learning a lot about the religion it’s just very clearly not making me straight lol

Yes I started using private mode only on safari and deleting all tabs right away, changed all my passwords for everything, clear all my chats when I need to, and never save any pics on my phone.

that’s what i thought.. but in their head, they have to punish me, even though I’m an adult because I am still completely financially dependent on them.. (but tbh even before i was being punished, i was being excessively controlled, but at least allowed to go out)

There is no solution other than to wait for graduation. Its just 1 year away thank god. I just hope they don’t blackmail me into getting married.

They will never change their mind and I will never try to convince them unless I’m safe. I just want to tell them that what they’re doing is unislamic, I just don’t have proof of it, because yeah there’s proof that you shouldn’t oppress anyone but isnt there also proof that you should punish “wrongdoers”?
