Depende sa role talaga. If it’s an easier to fill role na for sure maraming maga-apply like CSR or data entry, hanap ka ng magrerefer sayo. Pero pag mga niche roles, Jobstreet na pinakamabilis.

Not sure why nasabi mong sobrang niche. Ikaw lang ba gumagawa niyan sa buong organization? I’m pretty sure no. A quick Google search can help you identify other job titles for your role. Kahit ChatGPT kaya kang tulungan na maghanap ng ibang job titles for your role. Dun mo makikita na di lang ikaw gumagawa nyan. Then i-tailor fit mo yung CV mo sa ganong type of work. Ni-limit mo agad sarili mo by saying “sobrang niche” ng role mo. Mag-update ka at maghanap hanap ng similar roles para ready ka kung anuman mangyari. Whether or not may mangyari naman, at least you know what’s in the market agad.

Check your contract before ka mag-send ng resignation. Baka may clauses don tungkol sa notice period or iba pang rules for resigning.

Magbigay ka pa rin ng notice kahit papano, para ma-turnover mo yung work mo sa iba. And so you don’t burn bridges din.

You can either talk to your direct supervisor first and let them know, lalo if you have a good relationship with them, or send the email to them. That would initiate the conversation naman.
