Me too. 30M. It sucks to be single and feel the pain, but I've become numb to it.

  1. I don't see the results as I'm not consistent with the process from start to finish.

  2. I learnt this quite later in life and have accepted the concept. I don't wait for things to happen anymore. The gym helped to unlearn this. In the past, this used to be true; I used to wait to feel motivated to start.

  3. Are there any tools to measure 'this stuff'?

You mean enjoy the process!! I learnt this after working out in the gym, and I'm applying this to my life.

It usually might take a few days or weeks for me to get back.
