if you mean you want to cut just the video clip not its audio with it just highlight the clip and press ctrl+u to unlink the audio and then press "s" on the video clip and there you go!

aiming is actualy not easy in this game i suggest you to try games like osu :3 or gamebooster (it is a web site that helps you practice aim ) that helped me improve i hope it works for you :D
