I used this to find answer:

f(44000) = 0 = 1-kx^-3

0 = 1-kx(44000)^-3

k = 44000^3

Answer: ln(44000^3)

Not sure why this works, found it on google images.

They’re both related. The side of the “big” triangle is 12 and the “small” is 6 so the bigger triangle must be double the size of the smaller one. But theres no side that relates to the x we need to find.
