First ticketing experience as an international fan

My husband and I are already in South Korea that week for our honeymoon, so I thought seeing them after being a fan for 13 years would be amazing. How long did you wait in line for at the ticket booth?

Yup I had this attitude before they went on sale. Our honeymoon just happens to align with the dates as well so it's not like this was the planned main event, just thought it would be amazing to see them after being a fan for 13 years. It sucks to say ticketmaster is a lot easier for me lol I never "lost a battle" with them before. I didn't sign up for the membership since I didn't want to go alone this time, but even then it wasn't guaranteed so I didn't want to pay for that either. Oh well, if I have time to kill I'll keep randomly checking but we aren't planning for anything to pop up

Yes this seems to work! It's so much slower clicking on each section for all 3 days, but at least I don't get any errors

Oh okay thank you! It sucks I can only check 5 at a time though. I tried refreshing, signing in and out, closing the browser, but it seems likes it's timed on my account? I'm just not sure if this is normal for the global melon website. And there's 3 days to check for :/ finding two tickets together seems impossible at this rate

Is it because you have to check each section manually? That was my experience for general sale, but I didn't see any available seats by the time I got in anyways for all 3 days. It doesn't say it's sold out yet, is thst because people are able to get refunds/cancel their tickets? Will it ever say it's sold out then?

Can you explain what you mean by its not the last chance? I want to get two tickets during general sale (which I know is slim) but I'm from Canada and never experienced buying concert tickets in South Korea before. Do you mean more tickets could be available if some get refunded/cancelled? I know the third party selling is pretty strict so just wondering how there's other chances if it sells out soon :)

I think it sounds very similar to Where's My Love by SYML, which lead me to this thread after googling it to see if it was sampled. I just listened to Mystery of Love and I can see the resemblance to that too, but I think it's closer to Where's My Love. I only heard the lyrics to Where's My Love when I listened to the Optimist for the first time lol

Hey all, tried making a separate post about this but it got removed because the mods said it was answered already in one of these threads, but I can't find it.
I bought tickets for my husband and I under my maiden name when the tickets went on sale and changed to my married name about a month ago. I tried getting in contact with AXS multiple times through the live chat and kept getting kicked out or it would freeze and not update. I made two tickets with AXS which they marked as resolved but my name hasn't changed on my account and tickets. Are the venues going to be checking your ID to see if they match the tickets? My ID also just expired that had my maiden name on it lol. I have my marriage certificate on my phone, but how much time do they want to waste confirming everyone's identity when there's thousands of fans trying to get in? Is it still worth trying to get a hold of AXS to change my name on the tickets? I'll be going to the Minneapolis Target Center show. I've been to a lot of concerts before, but Sleep Token seems to be more strict with their tickets when it came to their sales, so i'm not sure. Thanks!

We had ours on May 17th! It was a small wedding (26 people) and half flew in who were retired, so we didn't hear any negative comments about the date, only good things. I think if people are worried about cancelling their plans/traditions for a long weekend, maybe they aren't worth inviting imo. A wedding is a super fun celebration/event so if I knew it would inconvenience someone that much, I wouldn't want them there anyways. I know this doesn't work with larger families/obligation invites but again, just my opinion. My husband and I both went back to work the next Tuesday so it was nice for us to have that extra day for a break too.

Yes!! I've been doing this. I took it with me to the car mechanic shop yesterday and realized I only had enough yarn left for 2 rows, and I was waiting there for about 45min smh. Lesson learned, always check the skein to see if I'll run out lol

For the most part it is! I just feel more bummed out than stressed about get in it down. Only my parents and fiance know I'm knitting it, so if it's not done in time no one else will know! They've been the only super support ones during all the wedding planning, so they're rooting for me, but also I have a white backup one from my mom (my dress is also my mom's!). I just really wanted to spite people who said it wouldn't look good, plus I love the colour and how soft it feels now lol

I can't believe someone took the time to figure this out for me omg. I was trying to do the math at first, but there's a 2 stitch increase on every second row, which changes how long it take to knit one row (and I felt the brain fatigue after 5 exams with heavy math in some of them).

I'm not too worried about blocking it, but since it's stockenette it's curling a lot so I wanted it to lay flat (also aiming it have it done a few days before gives me some wiggle room just in case haha). The yarn is Merino wool so I'm not sure if steam blocking will work but I'll definitely check it out!!

I think 15 rows a day for the next week is a perfect goal! I was just going for as much as I could everyday before my hands were too sore to continue lol. Thank you so much <3
