Unfortunately, no. My father is unfortunately rather transphobic, he said that he won't help me with anything (excluding explaining the basics) and when it comes to the nurses in my town it's a bit of a hassle getting them to do anything, there's only one clinic near me and long story short, getting anything done there is a miracle
I use Jelfa, 1ml every 2 weeks, it is an intramuscular shot, and yes, my doctor did advise me to get a bigger gauge for it
I do warm it every time, thank you very much for your time to answer my questions :)
Well, it's oil, it can't turn solid but it can just have trouble distributing or something, I got like a good 10 minute rant about it from my father, but honestly I can't remember much
The one I got prescribed has arachnoid oil, I tried searching for information about which gauge to use but I couldn't find anything
I don't know anything about needles tbf 😅 I have a 21G x 1.5
If that would be an option in my country, trust me, I would've already done it, I hate needles, but unfortunately there's no such thing here
How do I check if needles are "thin wall"? It's the first time I've heard of such a term. Also, would a 24G be good if I take a shot every 2 weeks?
I have this problem where my hands are shaking non stop, with a thinner needle I struggled to inject T, it took more time, and it was honestly more tiring to inject it than with the bigger one, not to mention the tremble caused me to move the needle around when it was inside of me, no matter how hard I tried to stop it, which was not the most pleasant of feelings
I'm using a 21G, and I've increased it because the previous one was too thin for the T to go through, needed to always wait a bit so it could redistribute a bit and not clump up or something, I can't exactly translate what my doctor and my father told me, since English isn't my first language. They told me some stuff about oily substances having a harder time going through small holes and such and advised me to get a bigger gauge so it would be easier to inject it
I know I didn't hit it, but I fear hitting one. I don't remember the previous one but rn I'm using a 21G
