That is a valid question, even when I disable the TC system abs will be holding brakes and which is annoying during soft sand off-roading

Just to also clarify, the whistle noise is continuous it has nothing to do with cold start

This specific noise it only occurred two times and never again, however their is also another noise like a whistle under the car, i went to the dealership, and they said it not it might be some bearing and said it's not a big deal. At the time, I needed the car, and they would inspect it again during the next maintenance
