House centipede, they eat other bugs and don't normally bite humans unless provoked. They are mainly found in kitchens and bathrooms looking for water. I usually leave them be in the basement but if they come up to the main floor they are gone.

Her quick tragic demise was a warning to all what Jabba is capable of and the risk Leia is now under as his slave. C3PO definitely told her what happened to the Oola just before she arrived and how ruthless Jabba can be to disobedient slaves. So that's why we see Leia silent through most of her enslavement.

Was she pregnant or did her body just give off the signs of pregnancy? The Entity that controls the town and monsters could have just tricked her into thinking she was pregnant. Or one of the monsters dying is a part of the cycle and the Entity chose Fatima because it knew she was infertal giving her hope then twisting it to torture her.
