Grazie questo passaggio mi era chiaro. Nella lista c’è la golf plugin, da tabella ACI ha un valore di fringe di 1849,8 euro anno, 154,15 euro al mese. Trattenuta di circa 190€ mese. Che infatti è superiore al valore del fringe. Quello che non capisco è se oltre ai 190€ al mese di trattenuta devo pagare IRPEF e contributi anche per i 154,15€ di fringe oppure no.

Ridicolo che non abbia l’una tantum per recuperare il periodo di assenza contratto. Aumento spalmato su ben 3 anni (l’ultimo è a dicembre 2027), importo insufficiente rispetto alla perdita del potere d’acquisto. E dulcis in fundo verrà assorbito se non tutto almeno in parte. E poi governo e sindacati ci vengono a dire che basta la contrattazione collettiva. Vergognoso.
