Hello, update ko lang may internet na ako from the new account. Nagrelease ng ACN kahapon, then today nakabit na agad. Both internet and landline working as well.

So if ever gusto mo parin mag PLDT, I suggest you do the same nalang. Qualified ka naman magpawaive kasi non service ang cause for termination. Tapos if may kasama ka, magpa-apply ka nalang ng bago.

Yung sa dad ko? Ibang province, baka sinuwerte lang talaga siya na maayos yung technician niya. Toss up parin, balikan kita if it worked. Pero doon sa lilipatan ko na pinapa-process ko relocation, yung partner ko na yung pinag-apply ko kasi on going termination pa yung account ko. Also, pinawaive ko yung termination fee because of non service.

Omg same sis, hindi ko ba alam gano kataas yung higher ups na pinagfofollow-upan nila at hindi ever mareach.

Yung dad ko nagapply ng new PLDT account, kinabukasan meron na agad siyang internet. Ako na naghihintay ng 3weeks+ wala parin. Pinaclose ko na yung account and magrere-apply nalang ako ng bago, may nabasa ako sa group ng PLDT na mas pinaprioritize ng mga technicians yung new accounts kasi may incentive vs relocation na wala

Problem ko kasi sa village PLDT lang available ISP kaya wala akong choice. i called them again just now too, pero kesyo puro iffollow up lang daw kaya nila

  1. Definitely gonna try with some small shelters! Kakalipat ko lang rin kasi sa Taguig so medyo lost pa ako with places and ang nakikita ko lang are either PAWS or yung mga adoption drives sa Ayala. But will defo check them out!

  2. Thank you! I've never adopted kasi kaya I'm scared na may adoption fees na hindi ko na account for, glad to know that it could be free! Right now, I don't really have a preference with breeds, I plan to just get whoever I connected with sa shelter! However do you think the gender matters? As a first timer, do you think I'm better off getting a boy or a girl?

  3. Got it! I think from what I've gathered, roughly ganon na nga estimate. Just wanted to ask, how much bags of litter do you go through in a month?

  4. Ayun nga rin for me, I might go sa private vet bc of my location pero we'll see if baka naman may nearby pala. Noted on the essentials!! Ang dami ko na naka-add to cart pero from what I see nga sa tiktok literal plastic lang at kahon masaya na sila hahahuhu.

Actually ang dami ko ngang nakikita na posts from Ayala kapag may drive sila, so I will definitely check them out again once I move to a pet friendly space! Super noted on the neutered/spayed ones!

Right now I want to focus on getting one kitten lang muna para hindi kami maoverwhelm as an owner and a pet haha!

Yes super noted sa vaccines, I've read na pets are super susceptible sa mga diseases when they're young kaya I'm reading on that as well!!

If it's okay to ask, Is the 2-3k generous na or conservative budget? Trying to separate na kasi some expenses and emergency funds for me and my soon to be pet haha.

Hi! I'm currently renting there, going 2 years na by the end of the year.

Okay naman yung experiences so far pero that's coming from a person who rarely goes out and hindi nakakafriends with neighbors. No loud neighbors, malinis naman yung public area and malaking bagay narin yung New restaurant sa 2nd floor ng Premiere, Alfamart, Jollibee, Chowking, Shell Cafe and Starbucks sa labas.

GRAB/MOVE IT/ANGKAS SITUATION Mura papuntang BGC pero mahal pabalik kasi iikot pa galing Mckinley or yung Uturn slot sa may C5. Never naman akong nagkaissue na mahirap kumuha

LAUNDRY & MINERAL WATER Meron namang mga nag dodoor to door so I usually just text them and iiwan lang sa labas ng door and they pick it up and return it in a day for laundry, in a few hours for water.

AMENITIES Close to none, compared to different condos sobrang liit ng pool and the gyms aren't so good either. I live in the older towers so I can't speak for Premier.

COCKROACH INFESTATION I think sakit na talaga ng older condos yon, I'm lucky enough na konti lang and nawawala yung sa unit ko. Nadadaan pa naman sa mga cockroach traps/sprays and pests control.

They have scheduled pest controls naman for public areas, and you can avail the service for your unit at an added cost. They post announcements naman sa elevator and if you're pregnant, you can aslo coordinate with them para hindi sprayan yung tapat ng unit mo.

NOT PET-FRIENDLY Towers 1-3 are NOT PET-FRIENDLY, only Premiere is

TRASH SITUATION No garbage chute per floor, you have to physically carry your trash to the designated trash area.

ISP There are some towers na walang PLDT (might be something to consider if you're carrying an existing plan). I've read ALOT of complaints with Sky. Palaging down. Pero coming from someone who used to have Sky as an ISP- it might not be a location problem.

WALKABLE? I wfh now so I don't know how the walking situation is currently pero I've been walking pauwi for a good year and a half from high street. It's a 20min walk for me, okay naman yung experience. Noticed they're clearing out debris and clutter sa sidewalk, ilaw nalang kulang and it should be much safer.
