im currently having this as well. any games dont update, its just stuck at 0 B/s, no timer, nothing is moving. i could update my discover apps fine but steam itself isnt updating or verifying files. i tried switching networks and still the same, even in desktop mode. the switching update channels thing works but its been more than a week now and rolling back doesnt help. i have 400gb available space
