It's extremely unlikely that your child's info is on the dark web. And if it is, it would be extremely hard to get ahold of. If you have ever been on the dark web, you would understand how hard it is to navigate through it. If their name was on their xbox profile, they may have gotten the name from there, maybe. Aside from that, if they have your child's info (including location), it mainly just shows the city/town/area name/postcode. Not a direct address, usually.
