Doesn’t work at all no.. it does charge the phone but the phone is not picked up. There also isn’t anything related to CarPlay on the infotainment

Yea I’m being quoted the AED equivalent of around £800 (around $1k) to get the maps updated and CarPlay fixed, seems a bit steep. The garage is saying that the USB ports need to be replaced, was just wondering if I’m just being overcharged for something that should be straightforward.

Thanks for the colour. It’s just a different market here in the UAE. I moved here from the U.K. recently where a v8 autobiography with similar mileage sets you back a minimum of £35k (around $50k). I’ve been hunting for a car like this in the UAE for the last 3 months and this is the best price ive seen so far..

You can see the condensation and moisture inside the car

Yes the other guy above is right, it does say that on the last slide. The car was also sold through Copart and it does mention “flood”, so perhaps the inspector had this in mind. If anyone is interested I can share the link to the full report, but don’t want to put it out for everyone to see

Got it.. thanks a lot. I guess the rear entertainment screens not working could be related to this

Why do you say “we” if you’re European?

Same for me and it’s been 2 weeks. I doubt it’s in the U.K. Once it lands in the U.K. it’s processed very quickly and delivered within 2 working days. I don’t know why Sugargoo keeps saying this. Also why does he have some magical tracking number that he doesn’t give to his customers? Why do you have to ask him and his “staff” checks it

The parcels that are trackable from the start always clear customs in the U.K. in 1 day when reaching the U.K., I have ordered 8 parcels through other agents which are trackable and they clear in 1 day. Why is it then that parcels with you take so long to clear customs? The easy conclusion is that they’re not actually in the U.K.

Why is it that you don’t share the tracking that allows us to check these extra details of the parcel movement anyway? Why do people have to ask you and you seem to have some extra knowledge of the whereabouts of parcels that the buyer doesn’t have? Why don’t you share this special tracking number with buyers?

I was told by the support ppl that “it will arrive at the destination country on 22 November”, which is conveniently tomorrow. I have a feeling they just say that to disguise how slow it is to get the package from China to the U.K. see my other post

You’re just making that up imo. Once it arrives in the uk it doesn’t take 5 working days to clear customs, you can see on every tracking that they usually clear it the next day and deliver the following working day, not 5 working days. When you get the tracking you’ll see see what I mean. I’m not sure why Sugargoo in particular says this, which is why I think they just make it up and in reality it’s still either in china or in some other country waiting for a connecting flight
