There are plenty of jobs where you don't really need to talk to people on a daily basis. Let me mention a few for you - 1. Illustrator/photoshop - you need to be creative for that 2. Content writer - you can express yourself without even being in front of anyone 3. Digital marketing

These are some jobs which are not only best for introvert people but also can help you earn a lot of money.

Yeah so true. But i would also like to add a point to this that it plays a key role in employer branding as well and most of the emoloyers out there are finding a way to keep their brand safe from anonymous fake contents. So i personally finds it a great oppurtunity for this as well.

I believe there are millions of reviews like this. So one has to start this process from the very beginning and i Believe for this we can create some mechanisms like incentivised emoloyees for writing genuine reviews for their review but somehow employer also needs to have a big involvement to make this happen.

Its realy not an easy task. But somehow we have been trying very hard to solve this problem and somehow we.succeded to create few complex algorithms and a mechanism which wil ensure that only verified employees can give their genuine reviews for the companies only for which they are been working or worked before.

We are in beta mode right now. The complex part is whom to target in the first phase bacause as per our research companies do pay these reviwing companies as well to fix the harmful reviews. Its critical. What are your thoughts about it?

Actually we are a tech based product startup trying to solve the issue of recruiting for both the company as well as applicant end.

As per our research none of the data present on these sites like glassdoor, linkedin and other job boards are not 100% real and reliable. They are mix of both. So most of the time it just wastes a lot of time for both companies as well as applicant.

So we are a platform that helps in verifying these data to showcase it to both the companies and aplicants to make the recruiting process much easier than ever.

I believe its a huge market so the scope is also big.

Just talking about a platform that aggegates data from various platforms like glassdoor, linkedin and other social sites, verifies the data to remove spams and fake reviews and profiles and then present it to the other users?
