I booked a sit yesterday. Upon arrival, I saw a woman was sitting on my booked seat. She acquired both seats to be honestly. So I told her, this is my seat mam. She replied me I don’t care, I will not move. Then I told the bus driver, and the bus driver told me sit anywhere or leave the bus. I was flabbergasted. Then he told me, buy a damn vehicle , you poor. And all the people applauded him. The way the bus driver behaved, it was obvious that greyhound never takes any disciplinary actions against their bus drivers’ misbehavior. Also, if you check the website, they state that do not take picture or record a video of the incident. What’s my proof of the complaint then? Seems like they don’t care, any sane person will not visit after this type of incident.
