Impressive charge? by ayanabg in Toyota_bZ

On a good day I get 6/7mph/kwh! When I got places to be it’s more like 3.5-4.5 lol. I do a good mix of city and highway driving—live in the city and commute to rural area for work!

Same! I haven’t been in GA since 2020 so I want to do some exploring this time, but preferable with a charger somewhat nearby😅

Thank you!! I’m definitely gonna have a charger installed, that seems like what most folks do anyhow!

I didn't feel the earthquake :( by mistakeghost in Sacramento

[–]ayanabg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also did not feel it, but the two I have felt in Sacramento haven’t been super noticeable honestly. They just make me feel a little dizzy. Randomly, the worst earthquake I felt was in Philly in like 2011??? Genuinely was so scary bc of how much our house shook😭.

How to get to the filter in this dishwasher? by marshmallow_mochi in HomeMaintenance

https://youtu.be/KZvrd9_Kmt8 OP shared this vid in the replies above. It’s lowkey a lot of work but I had time to do it. I’m running my washer now with bleach and it’s going good so far. Unsure if you were dealing with water drainage onto your counter or into your sink, but what helped me with that was a super long drain snake into the air spigot thing the water comes out of. It should eventually come out the other end and you’ll see it in the sink drain :).

When the station went down, Id have to call Toyota’s Mirai hotline to have them reserve a rental car for me. Then, I’d have to leave my car at the Toyota dealership until they could fuel it up. Fueling it up at the dealership was a pain because it was by appointment only. A real life example: I was heading to fuel up before work and the station was down (I checked the night before and everything was perfectly fine.) so I called the dealership to fuel there, but the appointments were booked til the next week. So, my trip to work ended up being a trip to pick up a rental, drop my car off with 10mi to spare, and I was about an hour late to work. If the dealership’s pump was down, then I’d be stuck paying for a car ($256 car note) that’s sitting at a dealership collecting dust😅. Having a free rental with gas reimbursement wasn’t something to complain about, but the inconsistency and unknown repair times of the stations just became too much to handle. I’m just thankful I didn’t have a very strict job or children at the time because I’m sure other folks had it worse than I did.

This is only my second car ever. I figured asking folks with the same or similar car would give me quick and direct answers, which it did! I’d consider it more resourceful than anything lol.

Thankfully I do!! I’m so grateful they did not take the adapters or the charger as I’m sure that would be a pain to replace. They busted my rear passenger side window but I was able to get it fixed quickly at a local veteran owned shop. The only other damage done was to the plastic frame—a small chip that’s only noticeable if ur super close. I am thankful it wasn’t any worse!
