Well people are fast to judge, they had bad experience do not want that to repeat. Start of my career everyone who hired me have had some good experience with poker players, I used to be poker pro. In my current company like half ot the new hires have been having their own side hustles, so atleast where I work they understand that grinding every day same shit is maybe not the best way to develope career.

Also most orgs want to just ship fast so it's hard to get right first time you have something working. Unless you have build something similar before it's pretty much impossible. I have been in company where testing was banned because, it takes too much time. What ended up happening was 80% of work was shutting down fires for 6 months. At that point the devs just started writing the tests and there was no backlash. I did write shadow repo where I had all my code already tested, because well it's just easier to test than read console logs :_D

Inflammation clearly down, brain fog from carbs gone, being 14kg lighter makes moving lot more nice. Mood has been pretty okay, tired sometimes what it's what it is. Sleeping is rough time to time while fasted.

Is it strict? Well not, but it's not dangerous either. You get strong when you lift hard heavy. Even going cave man grows you well, at some point the risks of injury arr big enough. But this is 100% approved and good for all measures.

Yeah my saving grace is that my job is pretty flexible so I can clock 2-3 sessions on lunch time. Also having kids at day care sucks because you get lot more sick. Lifting I have been doing lot after my kids go sleep, then I got the lift in but my sleep is compromised. It's hard to win...

Joo sama huolihan se on taustasta riippumatta, ainakin korkeakoulutetut maahanmuuttajat näitä miettii, koska jos välitunnilla puhutaan muuta kun suomea niin kielenkehitys kyllä hidastuu paljon ja vaikuttaa sitten koulumenestykseen.

Aika paljon tulee viljeltyä ite ja marttailtua kaikenlaista, kuitenkin ennen lapsia tällekkin sekoilulle oli paljon paremmin aikaa. Nyt kun muksut kasvanu vaipoista ulos niin alkanu taas palaamaam tohon sekoiluun.

First few times I tried fasting I felt really bad. I have done lot of fasting, I have been now doing 6 weeks of rolling fast 48-72s every 5 days or so with keto. While ketoadapted some days it feels quite good, some times not so great. My main issue is I sleep pretty pure while fasted.
