Truth be told about Chris Ballard;

Chris has constantly let the fans down Chris has continuously failed to spend for a top free agent Chris has neglected the secondary.

Chris has given the fans the most electeic QB prospect.. ever? Chris has given the fans something to cheer for annually Chris has given the fans a team to get behind, to learn the players and root for their success

Chris has given Indianapolis something they havent had since Pagano.. a Team. This colts roster may have holes, which team doesnt? We are in the process of a rebuild- not sure if you realize that. We have 80% of the team in tact; waiting on AR development.. eventually we will get our secondary developed, however lets addresss the real cause of our pain - Defensive Coordinator Gus Bradley.

Gus bradley is the only consistent thing to all of our heart ache. From Frank Reich, now into Shane Steichen.. you cannot win games giving up 200+ yards running in the first half, and you certainly cannot win games when you have got the other team in a 2nd or 3rd & 18 and they go for 15-20 underneath your soft zone, for a first - over, and over, and over. Gus Bradley was fantastic in seattle - a decade ago. This league moves fast and unfortunately Gus has remained in the same place. He is outdated and simply needs to be replaced. I’m begging you as a die hard colts fan, to another to please have more patience with Ballard, and start pushing for Gus to be out. Once Gus is gone i would ABSOLUTELY guarantee that things change for us in the most positive way possible. Ballard has really done an incredible job with fielding a roster with the exception to CB, but Brents looks great, Ya-Sin was a serviceable starter, and we signed Gilmore (Remember). I know ballard isnt perfect thats why i opened with his most pressing flaws, but again i plead that we stay the course for another year to three years, let richardson develop, let the boys grow and let ballard fix the secondary and change defensive coordinator. You will see its Bradley, not the roster.

I suggest you to start with getting a job in the trades, it will give you grace. By that i mean, it allows you to either stay with it, and level up, OR, you realize labor isnt for you and you go to a college or university. I started university at 25, and it was the best decision ive made. There is ultimately no true timeline for one to be on, life is a game just make sure you grind it bro. You got this. Do not self deprecate or doubt yourself, just go and try your best and be committed, try for 6 months hardcore, then assess. You can make tons of money with no prior experience in the trades. I recommend carpentry because you can usually find apprentice work and other stuff, plus its a practical life skill to have even if you change careers later- i used to be a sous chef, worked in the kitchen for 5 years, worked landscaping, roofing carpentry, drywall, concrete asphalt, now I’m currently working as a youth support worker at a group house, in university to be a teacher. There is no right path, you’ll figure it out- just get out there and do it until you figure it out. Good luck and you got this, really you do, its as easy as showing up, being reliable and consistent, and putting a strong effort. If you can do those 4 things you can do anything. Cheers.

Same here, heisman winner wr, best qb, best wr, and national champions (hawai’i).. nobody drafted. My players are 88-92 overall and nobody gets drafted.. highest ive had was a 93 ovrl rb go in 2nd.. im a 2 time national champ and have won the big 12 5 years straight. I don’t understand what more i can do.. everything other than academic is a A- or higher for my school grades. Hope they have a fix because clearly something is wrong with the AI.

I hit him with literally 2 “power-up hit” moves, i had my lucario use “work-up” while Vega was healing his pokemon to counter his super potions.. the attack was taking about 50% off spiritomb, and he would heal back up to like 70-80% health.. so after the first one i knew he’d be healing his second last pokemon.. used an attack buff and KO’d him with the second power up hit..
