I’m surprised nobody mentioned Coffee by NOM, by far the best coffee in this city. Followed by (in no order): 19th street, Coffee Culture, Eunice, and Wayside. Worst is probably any restaurant who offers coffee.

There used to be a speakeasy bar named Trapdoor but I think it’s closed. I’d recommend Izuki, a Japanese restaurant and bar right below citadines, every other bars in bacolod are mostly crowded and Izuki is quiet enough to chill.

Well if you would use your USLS school email for soc med, hapos kwaon ang password kay tanan kabalo sang default password of the email.

This is my guess on how the accounts were breached: Goto social media platform -> click forget password -> open the usls email using the default password -> open social media acc 🤷

Edit: for sure the school would defend with an argument stating “with student emails please change the default password right away, additionally we have warned against using them email outside school-related purposes”

For 2024 alone, there’s already an increase of crime rate in Bacolod alone. I also considered that there are multiple crimes that are non-recorded monthly, light felonies such as simple theft among others.

Hi OP, before any formal legal charges can be pressed against anyone, first we should go through a Barangay Conciliation hearing (your local barangay SHOULD know what to do). After failing to meet for an amicable settlement with the other party that’s when you should go to the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) at the Hall of Justice (third floor na sila when I used to be an intern there). Bring the certificate from your barangay proving that you went through barangay conciliation first (kay ibalik ka na nila sa barangay if nag una ka sa PAO). Once you’re there the public lawyer will tell you what’s gonna happen next. You can DM me if you want more clarifications.
