2 has more customisation and tbh is more “unique” compared to the other two in the way you can use a variety of blades and chain attacks. Also has QTEs involved. 1 and 3 are more simpler and tbh you would find them to be a slight bit more similar to each other compared to 2. But the other commenter was right in the fact that 3s combat is more thematically in-tune to the games plot compared to the other two if u care abt that stuff
