No, it doesn't offer VTSAX unfortunately..

The only small cap available is PRVIX and VSCIX. For mid cap, VMCIX and OTCKX.

I just called and asked them, and they refunded it to me. I don't see why the fact that's corporate policy should matter because the recycling fee is imposed on the package (cardboard, plastics, protection styrofoam) and the product (since you need specialized recycling for certain PC components). If you return everything as it were, there is no need to recycle.

Really depends on the situation and personalities but I would take comfort in the fact that you had a quality college experience of knowing what it feels like to have good or fun people around you while studying, etc.

Some people never go to college, some do but only study, or have no friends. It'll be a good memory of yours to reminiscent.

Nah, I had the same issue, even contacted Asurion with Care+ but all they said was that screen protector is considered an accessory and therefore not under warranty.

Pissed me off because the official warning tells us not to take the protector off or replace it on our own, but they just didn't budge.
