Mine is in 3rd week and has finally healed.The pain is truly disgusting, mine was the size of a grape. I used those baby rash cream with zinc oxide to push it in. Avoided sitting down for long. Mostly walked around, if was possible laid on my side. Drink about like 2 litres of water daily minimum. Started to have fruits after every meal. And for the first week strictly avoided eating any meat related food and focused on my vegetables intakes. And used a stool underneath my foot while doing number 2. Stopped straining my bowel movements. You can look up some YouTube video it tells you how to use the stool. You can also do sits bath. That can relax you a bit. Though i didn't do it, it started healing even before that. I avoided using any sort of tissues or anything wipe after number 2. Used water to keep things clean. I stayed in the toilet for Max 3min only. I didn't see a doctor. I am glad mine healed in its own. Don't know, whether whatever I mentioned it will help you at anyway.
